They could not upgrade me to a better room without a $200 a night fee or I could downgrade to a worse room without a fee, or I was welcomed to look for other hotels, at least these were the words of manager Crysal Black. When I get to check in on Frinday around 8:30 pm, I was told that the queen bed room was not available anymore, basically was first come first serve and they dont need to honor what I booked. Needed 2 rooms so I booked another one through Expedia wich was a 2 double bed room, as I had 3 elderly with me and we were a party of 5. I booked a 2 queens beds room over the phone directly from Ceasars, and was told I was set for the room.
I got a complementary room at Ceasars AC for veterans weekend.
